Warren’s CHANGE Workshop definitely changed my own personal direction when looking at all types of problems. Having an “outcome” look on life has made recent decision-making and problem solving a welcome and celebratory process, rather than a dramatic and stressful one. The CHANGE Workshop was a positive approach to addressing lateral violence, it was fun and thought provoking, it was also a great team building tool where we received a better understanding of personality traits and then how to apply positive communication skills in our day to day staff and work relations activities.
